How do I submit a quilt for the event?

This is a list of questions we need answered to assist us with the display placement of your quilt.  It will also assist us with correctly identifying your quilt at drop-off and pick-up.   Printing your gallery card in advance will shorten display set up time.

QUESTIONS:

1.     Place your quilt (or item) into a pillowcase. 

2.    Your name and phone number need to be affixed to your pillowcase.

3.      Name of your quilt

4.      Quilt size (width x height) in inches so we will know where to place your quilt.

5.      Description/ Information about your quilt that you would like viewers to know (in 50 words or less)

6.      It is advisable to have a quilt label on the back of your quilt  BUT THAT IS OPTIONAL

7.      Is your quilt for sale?  If so, we will provide your contact information to the buyer so he/she can contact you directly.   We will have 3 business cards with your contact information to hand to 3 interested potential buyers.  Your quilt will be marked “FOR SALE “.

 We are accepting table runners, wall hangings, bed quilts of all sizes. NO limit to the number of items you may submit. for 2024. Place each item into a pillowcase & include the information for each item submitted.

IMPORTANT DATES:

 Drop off your quilt(s) at QUILTING ON THE CROW at 115 Augusta Avenue, Paynesville.  HOURS 10-4 M-F / 10-2 SAT or by appointment.

JUNE 12:  Quilts will be displayed in Gazebo Park.  In case of rain or snow, we will display at the Paynesville Historical Museum in the school and church .  DISPLAY HOURS: 1-7

This year you may pick up your quilt at the show by checking in with the information table at the Quilts in the Park tent.

JUNE 15, Saturday: Please pick up your quilt at Quilting on the Crow.  Hours 10-2 pm.  If you are unable to pick up your quilt during these hours, please call 320-492-0353 to set up an appointment.  You will need the receipt you were given when you dropped off your quilt for positive ID.  

Someone else designated to pick up your quilt may do so as long as we are notified in advance. They must have your quilt's number tag..
